Anti-Spam Policy

1. What we mean by spam

Spam, also called unsolicited bulk email or junk email, is email sent to people who never asked for it and have no relationship with the sender. We don't send it, and we don't let BrainSwitchs be used to send it.

2. What we never do

• Email addresses harvested from websites, social media, directories or any other public source.
• Use purchased, rented, borrowed, shared or any other third-party lists.
• Email anyone who has unsubscribed or asked us to stop.
• Send emails on behalf of other companies, or sell or share our list.
• Hide who we are or use misleading subject lines.

3. Permission only

We only email people who:

• entered their own email address in the waitlist form on brainswitchs.com, or
• created a BrainSwitchs account.

We never buy, rent, borrow or scrape email lists, and we never add someone to our list on another person's behalf. The waitlist form says clearly what you'll receive before you join.

4. What we send

• A confirmation and a short welcome series about BrainSwitchs after you join.
• Occasional product updates, usually no more than a few a month.
• Your invitation when the app opens to you.
• Account and service messages if you use the app, such as sign-in or security notices.

5. Content we never send

Our emails are only about BrainSwitchs. We never send affiliate offers, gambling, trading or "get rich quick" content, adult content, loans, health or weight loss products, or ads for other companies.

6. Proof of consent and list care

For every subscriber we keep a record of how and when they joined: the signup form used, the date and time, and the technical details our email provider records with each signup. We can show this proof of opt-in at any time if asked.

We keep the list clean. Addresses that bounce are removed, people who stop opening our emails for a long time may be removed, and unsubscribes are honoured immediately and permanently.

7. Honest emails

Every email comes from a BrainSwitchs address, says who it's from, has a subject line that matches what's inside, and includes our contact details. We follow anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, and CASL in Canada.

8. Unsubscribing

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click removes you, with no login needed, and we process it straight away. You can also email sahil@infosized.co and we'll remove you and, if you ask, delete your details.

9. Who sends our emails

We use Sender (sender.net) to host our signup form and deliver our emails. Your email address and first name are stored with them only for this purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Rules for BrainSwitchs users

BrainSwitchs is not a bulk email tool. Project invitations and share links are for people you know. Using them to contact people who haven't agreed to it breaks our Terms of Service, and we may suspend accounts that do.

11. Report abuse

If you got an email from us you didn't ask for, forward it, including the headers if you can, to sahil@infosized.co. We'll investigate every report, remove your address and fix whatever caused it.
